Chicken (Fondue) Asian Marinade

COMBINE: 1/3 c. soy sauce, 1/4 c. dry sherry and 1/4 tsp ground ginger.

Debone, skin and cube chicken breasts (or use Boneless, Skinless chicken breasts).  Place in bowl.
Pour marinade over chicken.  Cover and chill one hour.

Just before serving, drain and dry on paper towels.
OR - remove from marinade with a slotted spoon and stir fry in a skillet
