Fruit Cocktail Cake
1 c. sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 egg (beaten)
2 c. fruit cocktail (drained)
Mix well. Pour in a greased [loaf] pan.
Sprinkle 1/2 c. brown sugar and 1/2 c. chopped walnuts.
Bake at 300 for 1 hour.
Serve with whipped cream.
