No Peek Beef Casserole
2 lbs. beef stew meat (cut in 1" pieces)
1 envelope onion soup mix
10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz can whole mushrooms, with liquid
1/2 c. red wine or water
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
Stir well.
Cover and cook on low for 8 - 12 hours. (high 5 - 6 hours)
Serve over noodles or rice.
This recipe may be doubled for 3 1/2 or 4 1/2 quart cookers.
