Eagle Brand Cherry Pie
Bake and cool a pie crust. (Prick sides only)
A graham cracker crust can be used and is excellent.

1 can Eagle brand
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Mix first 4 ingredients and stir until thickened.
Add whipped cream. Pour into shell.
Top with cherry Glaze and and CHILL 3 to 4 hours.
CHERRY GLAZE
2 c. tart cherries
2/3 c. cherry juice
1/4 c. sugar
1 TBSP cornstarch
Blend juice, sugar and cornstarch. Cook until thickened and clear.
Add cherries and spread over pie.
