Ham and Egg Casserole

Margarine, softened
14 - 15 slices of bread
2 c. diced ham
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
8 eggs
3 c. milk
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions

Spread margarine on both sides of bread; cut into small cubes.
Combine bread cubes, ham, cheese, green onion, salt and pepper; stir well.

Beat eggs until foamy; stire in milk.  Add to ham mixture, stirring well.  
Pour into lightly greased 9" x 13" dish.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.


Bake, uncovered, at 350 for one (1) hour.  Serve immediately.
Makes 10-12 servings.
