Lemon Cake
1 box Betty Crocker Lemon Velvet cake mix
1 pkg. Instant Lemon pudding
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
Mix all ingredients in bowl for 4 mins.
Bake in a 13x9x2" pan that has been greased and floured.
Bake at 350 until done. (Use time on box as a guide.)
As soon as it is done, prick all over with a fork, clear to the bottom of the pan.
Pour sauce over it immediately.
SAUCE:
1 box (1 lb.) powdered sugar
1/2 c. real lemon juice
3 TBSP hot water
3 TBSP melted butter
