Printable Spareribs

Spareribs

Use beef, pork or lamb spareribs.
Marinate ribs 1 hour or longer in 1/2 c. Kikkoman, 1/3 c. pineapple juice, 2 TBSP sugar and 1 clove crushed garlic.

Barbecue or oven roast approx. 1 hr. at moderate temperature, basting occasionally.
