Printable Swedish Tosca

Swedish Tosca
3 eggs + 1 c. sugar
Beat until thick and fluffy

ADD:  1 c. melted margarine and 1 c. flour

Beat together.  Bake in Cast Iron Skillet, greased and floured.  Bake at 350 for 30 mins.

TOPPING:  Combine in sauce pan: 1/2 c. butter, 1 TBSP flour, 1 TBSP milk, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. slivered almonds.  Mix and stir constantly over low heat.  DO NOT BOIL  Simmer until thick.  (few seconds)

Let cake settle 5 to 10 mins.  Cover with topping.  Place under broiler until it bubbles.
