Bohemian Roll Dumplings

2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 slices bread (about 1 1/2 c. cubed & toasted)

Mix eggs with milk.  Sift dry ingredients into egg mixture.

Divide in half - shape into 5 1/2" rolls.  Cover with bowl and let rest 30 mins.

Reshape dough so they are not flat and drop into boiling water. (large pot)
Boil in covered pot for 15 mins.  Turn carefully and boil 15 mins. more.

Lift out of water - prick with fork to ket steam escape.
Cut into slices.
