Sour Cream Coffee Cake
FILLING: Mix and set aside:
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 TBSP flour
2 TBSP melted margarine
1/2 c. nuts
CREAM TOGETHER: 1/4 lb. margarine & 1 c. sugar
ADD: 2 eggs and 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
ADD: 2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
ADD: 1 c. sour cream
Pour into greased and floured angel food pan.
1/2 batter then 1/2 filling
remainder of batter and top with remainder of filling
Bake 350 45 mins.
