Hearty Reuben Bake
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 c. water
2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) smoked sliced corned beef, cut into 1/4" strips
8 oz. sauerkraut, drained
1/2 c. bottled Thousand Island dressing
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (about 8 oz.)
Heat oven to 375. Lightly grease square pan, 8x8x2".
Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Pat in pan with floured hands.
Arrange corned beef evenly over dough.
Mix sauerkraut and dressing; spoon over corned beef.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake until cheese is golden, about 30 mins.
