Biscuits and Beef Italiano

2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut into 1" pieces
2 TBSP instant minced onion
1 tsp instant beef bouillon or cube
1/4 tsp onion powder
32 oz. spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. red wine
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2/3 c. milk
2 TBSP parsley flakes

Heat oven to 350.  
Mix beef, onion, bouillon, onion powder, spaghetti sauce and wine in 4-qt Dutch oven or 10" skillet.
Cover and bake, stirring occasionally, until beef is tender, 2.5 - 3 hrs.
(add water or wine during baking if necessary.)

Mix baking mix, milk and parsley until soft dough forms; beat vigorously until stiff, 30 secs. 
Drop by spoonfuls onto hot beef mixture.  Cook uncovered until biscuits are golden brown, about 15 mins.
