Short Ribs - Ranch Style
2 lbs. beef short ribs
1 - 8oz can tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
dash of cayenne pepper
1/2 c. Calif. Burgundy Wine
2 TBSP chopped onion
2 TBSP wine vinegar
1 TBSP prepared mustard
aluminum foil
Place meat on a sheet of foil, large enough to cover ribs completely.
Cup sides of foil. Combine other ingredients and pour over meat.
Fold foil across top to make a packet; triple fold to seal ends.
Place in shallow baking dish.
Bake 350 oven for 1 hr.
Open foil and bake 1/2 hr. longer.
