Printable Frankfurter Puffs

Frankfurter Puffs

Pour boiling water over 6 frankfurters; Cover; Let stand 8 mins.

Split each frankfurter lengthwise.  Spread with mustard.

Combine 2 c. well seasoned mashed potatoes, 1/4 c. minced onion, 1 - 2 TBSP chopped pimento and 1/4 c. chopped parsley.

Spoon onto split frankfurters. Brown in broiler or oven.  Serve.
