Sweet & Sour Meat Balls
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. minced onions
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 egg
1 TBSP parsley
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. shortening (for frying)
Sauce:
1 bottle chili sauce
1 jar grape jelly (small)
For meatballs mix all ingredients together and form little meatballs and brown well before placing into sauce.
To make sauce melt jelly in sauce pan and then add chili sauce. You can make your sauce sweeter or more sour by adding more jelly or chili sauce accordingly. Simmer together over low heat at least 10 mins.
